LIFT Grants

The LIFT (Leadership and Innovation Funding for Teachers) Grant program allows Union County Public School teachers to apply for grants for projects that boost literacy, bridge the achievement gap, and spur students on toward careers and college. The grants range from $500-$1,500 and the grant deadline is the second Friday in September.

Your support can help spur more innovation throughout Union County by investing in the people who make our education system run. Give back to teachers and students through Union County Education Foundation with a tax-deductible gift.

The first LIFT grants (or mini-grants as they were called then) were awarded in March of 2013 to 17 UCPS teachers. Click on our Lift Impact Map to see our results since then.
