What is the Union County Education Foundation?

The Education Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to Supporting Students and Encouraging Educators in Union County Public Schools. We focus on investing in teachers so they can invest in students and empowering high school seniors with access to college.

The C’s of why we need a Foundation?

Champion–We celebrate excellence and recognize accomplishments.

Connector–We facilitate resources and match needs.

Conduit–We are a mechanism for communities to invest in classrooms.

Convener–We bring stakeholders together for collective impact.

Collaborator–We are a bridge for groups to work cooperatively with school leaders.

Catalyst–We spark innovation and new thinking.

Co-constructor–We work side by side to school stakeholders to build initiatives.

How will foundation funds be used?

Your gift stays in Union County for the benefit of public school teachers and students.

How can I support the Foundation?

-Serve as a Principal for a Day during BizEd in November
-Volunteer to help at the Sweet Salute
-Make a gift securely here.
-Sponsor a table at the BizEd breakfast
-Attend one of our fundraising events
-Give to our endowment for college scholarships
-Partner with us to make awards to the Teacher of the Year and the Principal of the Year
-If you are a retured UCPS educator you could serve on our LIFT grant committee OR our Scholarship Committee
