Meetings

The annual meeting of the Foundation will be held during the first quarter of each fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). In accordance with the By-Laws, the Board of Directors holds a regular quarterly meeting. The Executive Committee can meet as necessary and may act on certain matters between regularly scheduled meetings of the full board.
